Description:

High efficiency
The adjustable temperature of the air supplied to the drum and the constant mixing of the mass during the drying process ensure a high degree of uniformity of the finished product in terms of humidity. This allows the feed quality to remain high for a longer period of time.

Cost-effective
The high-efficiency heat exchanger is equipped with an automatic control system, which allows optimizing the operation of the equipment depending on the type and humidity of the primary produce used.

High performance
Typical projects provide for a single line capacity of up to 20 t/h of the finished product. Bale and pellet production can be carried out in parallel due to a separate feed line to the palletizing section.

Full automation
The equipment does not require subjective (“manual”) control by the operator. The system itself will determine the required drying mode and control the technological process in all areas.

Safe operation
The equipment is equipped with an automatic safety and fire extinguishing system, which, in case of excess temperature, stops the supply of coolant and, if necessary, starts the extinguishing process using pressurized water.
